Scout your next opponent

Their weakest lines, your best preparation
Scouting ranks the opponent’s openings by their own results and flags where they are soft, then recommends lines you can actually play - so preparation is targeted at their weakness and grounded in your strength.
How they lose, not just what they play
Scouting reads an opponent’s losses and sorts them into signatures - tactical collapses, endgame collapses, falling apart in complex positions, time pressure, or a slow squeeze. It also flags whether they are prone to knight forks, how deep their opening theory goes, and how they handle endgames and tactics. Prep cards then rank the positions worth steering the game towards, split by whether you will have White or Black.
If you have played them before, your head-to-head history is overlaid, so you can see which lines have already worked for you.
A full prep report, then a Rival to practise on
The scout report opens with "How to beat them": three actions, each backed by evidence further down the page. A prep plan takes the positions they reach most often where it is your move and ranks the candidate moves by master-game results blended with how this opponent has scored against each. An engine section shows their accuracy by phase once they leave opening theory, and a repertoire explorer lets you browse their opening tree move by move.
Then rehearse it: the Rival page builds a bot from the same games that plays their real openings, at the frequency they play them, and keeps going at roughly their rating once you leave their book.
