Cancellation & Refund Policy

Payments to Audit Chess are optional, one-time contributions that help cover the cost of running the site. They do not unlock any feature, and nothing is withheld from people who do not pay.

If something went wrong with your payment - for example you were charged twice, paid the wrong amount, or were charged but the payment shows as failed - email team@auditchess.com with your name, the amount, the date and the payment or transaction ID. Please write to us within 7 days of the payment.

We reply within 2 business days. Once a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.

Support payments are one-time. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges, so there is nothing to cancel after you pay.
